Product Overview

THE WEBSTER ROCKWHEEL- The latest range of excavator attachments to be developed for use in mining, tunnelling and construction industries.

Within the Industry, the "ROCKWHEEL" is defined by various definitions and classifications:

  • Rotary cutters
  • Scabblers
  • Grinding drums
  • Transverse cutting units
  • Rockwheels

Webster Equipment Ltd supply a range of excavator attachments, "The Webster Rockwheel".

These transverse cutting units have been developed using the hard won cutting experience gained over many years in the mining, tunnelling and construction industries and combine robustness, simplicity, flexibility and reliability.

Other common applications includes cutting unreinforced and reinforced concrete, rock, tarmac, tree stumps and roots, together with the wide range of material types and cutting duties encountered during shaft sinking, tunnelling and public works engineering.

The Webster Rockwheel provides the plant operator with a robust and versatile cutting facility which can quickly be attached to the bucket linkage of an excavating machine to provide a hard dig capability.

The cutting units are individually sized for output torque, pick force, pick speed and excavator weight.
